Great experience! Painless root canal with excellent outcomes

Dr. Etcheson did not arrive for my 7am appointment. A office person arrived and unlocked the door at 7am to let me in. I was taken to the dental chair & bib was put on and I waited. And waited. Only the one office employee and I, were there. Around 7:20am, I asked if the dentist was even in the building? No, he was not. The employee said, 'they have grandkids they help with sometimes...' I explained I would leave at 7:30am if Dr. Etcheson still had not arrived. He still had not even arrived by 7:30am. I drove an hour to the appointment to arrive on time and missed work. As I was driving back around 7:40am, the employee called & left a voicemail saying, Dr. Etcheson was there now if I wanted to come back, and that he'd just been 'a little late!' Dr. Etcheson did not get himself up and to work on time, although I drove an hour each way, only to sit there for his no-show. Even worse, he did not call himself to apologize for such poor, unprofessional behavior! Really Poor!!

I have anxiety going to the dentist in general. Dr. Etcheson really took the time to help alleviate some of the fears I have and his assistant was amazing and so sweet. I’ve had a few root canals done now and after my dentist retired i was nervous to find someone else. I wish Dr. Etcheson did it all because I would go to him in a heartbeat. I felt no pain at all and it was done within an hour!

Dr Etcheson was tasked with fixing a problematic rook canal performed years earlier by a local dentist. Dr Etcheson did an excellent job resolving my issues, if I have any future root canal or implant needs he will be the only one I call. An added plus, he and his staff were great to work with.

My root canal was painless and my experience was easy. I can’t ask for more!

I don't know who the naysayers saw but it couldn't have been the same office I visited. The receptionist, Sam was very pleasant and helpful from the time I booked the appointment to the time I arrived. Grace the Dental Assistant was very cheerful and caring during treatment. Dr. Etcheson spent ample time to introduce himself and explain what to expect during and after the procedure. The best part is there was no pain during the procedure!!! I think this practice gives top notch service.

I just had a root canal post removal, and an implant placed. Dr. Etcheson and his staff were amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Etcheson (especially those with dental anxiety) .

Takes his time with every patient and always has their best interests in mind. Highly recommend!!!
