I was never thrilled with Dr. Poleck but his office staff was really nice and we loved Rachel our hygienist. This past December I developed an abscess. I was treated with antibiotics, I was still in pain. Dr. Poleck said it needed more time to heal. Two days later my gum, and face swelled and I was in horrible pain. I ended up having the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon and missing two days of work. If my complaint of pain was taken seriously, may have been a different outcome. Finding a new doc
