Dr. Abraham Miller, DDS

STAY AWAY - Dr. Abraham Miller was formerly at Gentle Dental and thankfully is no longer part of the practice. My wife, daughter and I had him for an initial visits and my wife had a follow up for work he prescribed. As a result he’s caused so much hurt and harm. He was new to the practice and so were we, but the practice had good reviews, so we trusted them. When we showed up he seemed polite but the things he was telling the hygienist and us were troubling. One red flag was when he said “sometimes you can’t trust the x-ray” when referring to the necessity of getting fillings done… our family had no track record of poor dental hygiene and no feeling of any pain before the appointment (it was just a cleaning). Yet when my wife got quoted for $5k or dental work needed and myself $15k, our jaws dropped. He highlighted a couple items as critical and unfortunately my wife walked away with 2 fillings that hurt to this day. I thankfully refused and sought the opinions of other dentists. My wife’s teeth have been sensitive ever since. We’ve asked gentle dental to pull our records so that we could determine if the work done to her was necessary from another dentist. They complied and sure enough, it was not seen as necessary after a second opinion. Whatever you do, I would stay away from Abraham Miller. It’s not worth the pain and suffering.
