Dr Cook did a crown for me about a year ago— the tooth was in bad shape, he told me he guarantees his work and to call with any issues. Now the tooth has gone bad and I am suffering terrible nerve pain. I called the clinic for help and staff told me they “don’t do emergencies “ and I have to wait three weeks for an appt. Are you kidding me? I don’t think this is Dr Cook talking, I think it is his staff. At least, I hope so because I loved Dr Cook as my dentist. Not anymore. I phoned another practice and they are happy to see me tomorrow. Shame on you, Dr Cook.

I drive an hour from Murfreesboro to see Dr Cook. After giving up on dentists altogether three years ago, I took some advice from a few co-workers and gave him a shot. He took so much time explaining every procedure and option. He went over my insurance himself and didn't pawn me off on a financial office I had him do my bridge as well as a routine exam and cleaning- which I could’ve done much closer to home. I’d drive two hours to see him again!! He and his staff are amazing!!
