Poor communication
Called to set up an exam and cleaning for the beginning of March2022 in December of 2021. They had no openings until the end of March, I booked the appointment. They called and canceled it and moved it to the end of March. I showed up, they had no record of the appointment, even though I received their reminders. Finally got my early March appointment May 4th! I got the checkup, no cleaning but an $18,000.00 treatment plan. I called three times to discuss changing parts of the plan to what was covered in my insurance. Still waiting to talk to someone about it.

Dr. Feldman and staff were very confident and very nice. I have a fear of Dentist but felt at ease. I was originally a patient of Dr. Hensley’s before he moved to his private practice.
