Dr. Adam Saunders, DDS

Office submitted my pre-estimate twice to the wrong insurance address. My insurance address has not changed in over 10 years. I gave them the correct address the third time. I wanted a new night guard before the end of year to prevent paying a new $100 deductible. By the time the estimate was sent to the right address is was February and I have a new deductible (I have been waiting on an estimate since October). I explained to Dr. Saunders my frustration and stated I thought about not coming back and his reply was 'Oh well, if you don't want to come back don't'. I have been a patient for over 15 years and pay my bills on time. I could not believe how rude he was and decided to seek a new dentist office that will treat my family with respect.

Dr. Saunders has been my dentist for at least the past 10 years. He will remain my dentist of choice for the rest of my life. He has the patience of Job. Dr. Saunders is always concerned for the health of his patient. He is very personable, patient and understanding with a patient who suffers with claustrophobia. Dr. Saunders communicates via telephone, U.S. Mail, and texts.
