I needed a permanent retainer rebonded and my original orthodontist had retired. I called AI Ortho, had a consult that was free and consisted of panoramic x-rays, pictures of my teeth, then meeting with Dr. Issa. Then onward to rebounding my retainer. My waiting time was expected, but the office architecture/artwork/TV displays were futuristic, serene and meditative, Plus, the chandelier in the waiting area was composed of blown glass in the shape of an elongated teardrop attached to crystals, and I have the same blown glass tear. drops as Christmas decorations. TMI. : ) I wish AI Ortho had been around when my kids needed braces. I would definitely have chose Dr. Issa.

Dr. Issa and the staff were very professional, answered any questions, and provided exceptional service during and after business hours. AI Orthodontics has up-to-date equipment that makes the whole process of applying and following through with the treatment plan as smooth as possible. The office was always neat and clean. Staff were pleasant and gave a welcoming feeling while we were in the office. Experience was above and beyond what was initially expected.

When i found out my dsughter needed braces It was very overwhelming. She had a tooth that was growing sideways and the only way to get it down was with a chain and a set braces. I tried to get her into a place fast as well as a place i trusted. Dr. Issa and his team were amazing! Always took their time with my daughter and treated her like she was their only patient. Braces are very expensive and with my big family im grateful for their payment options. 14 months later. And her smile is amazing!

Dr Issa has treated all three of my children and I could not be happier with our experience! Dr Issa and his staff are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Dr Issa was able to provide my son with an innovative treatment plan for his more complicated situation. The doctor and his staff utilize progressive technologies, along with their knowledge and skills to provide great results for my kids smiles. He has a very comfortable office and is very involved with the community. Highly recommend!

As an adult searching for the "perfect smile"...Dr. Issa and staff provided the best option for my care. They shared what to expect every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend this practice for ALL ages groups.
