The doctor's assistant then presented a convincing narrative, recommending a deep cleaning with anesthesia—a two-hour process. When I insisted on a regular cleaning, the atmosphere shifted. The doctor later conveyed that they couldn't proceed with a regular cleaning and only offered the deep cleaning option. It appears those giving them 5 stars may have agreed to everything, potentially inflating insurance bills. If you don't align with this approach, they might not be the best fit, and they may not continue with your treatment.
