Rude uncaring office staff
My family of five were patients here from 2012 through 2024. We have decided to move to a better, more patient-friendly dentistry practice. The current office staff are rude, uncaring, and inflexible. Weirdly, the self-described “office manager” is even more condescending and ill-tempered. The office canceled a next-day appointment made six months ago, likely as a convenience for some friend of the scheduler. It’s bad business and bad patient care.

Didn't listen and ended up having to cancel a crown surgery mid-surgery and do a filling instead. Offers no anesthesia except injections (no twilight or full knockout) which given my pain tolerance and Novocaine resistance was needed.
