A long wait even for a previously made appointment. Not friendly doctor with no explanation of what was going on. The room is like a conveyor belt with no customer service. In addition to that, the doctor chipped tooth enamel. I would not recommend this place to anybody

Horrible accounting practices, unhelpful staff that never responds to inquiries. Waste of money! Starting treatment over elsewhere...do yourself a favor and go to a professional. Several appointments had to be rescheduled because they forgot my aligners at one office even though my appointment was scheduled in advance, causing me to come back and delay treatment. They are only concerned about trying to pay rent on three offices that they are obviously struggling with, could care less.
