He doesn't listen to his patients. He used a permanent cement on my dental crown against my will even though I wanted the temporary kind which probably isn't legal, which meant a much bigger process for me and the future dentist because there was a mistake and the crown needed to be taken out. He spends a lot of time bragging about how long he has been in the business.
