Dr. Rich is the best Dentist i know. His knowledge, patience and generosity remains unchallenged. His "crew" is kind and thorough. And Nancy is the kindest "Tigress" i know in the medical field. manfred

I had a badly damaged molar--there wasn't much tooth left. Dr. Rich offered 3 options. I chose the least painful: patch repair with no guarantee. It is working just fine, six months later. I could tell that he had everything under control during the repair. I appreciate his skill, chair side manner, genuine caring, and sense of humor. He's got the whole package :)).

his receptionist is terrible. I have left multiple messages and haven't received a call back. Also don't miss an appointment for any reason or you will never be able to go back. I don't understand how a business Canberra around as long as he has with such poor patient care

I've lived in dozens of places in the U.S. as a practicing civilian engineer and as a career Navy Officer ....I have had experiences over my lifetime with a couple of dozen different DD and DMD who were taking care of me ; I would rank Dr. Rich as 'top drawer' in every category of dental care and patient relations......and tied in first place as the best dentist. I think he is absolutely OUTSTANDING !
