My first visit I filled out the form and the question was what do you fear the most. Obviously I said dentists with drills, and here we are decades later and I still frequent Doctor S. Not as much as I should to his dismay but regardless in my opinion there is no other dentist in Wallingford. I do recommend Doctor S whenever asked and my family also uses him and his outstanding staff.

Due to issues with brain tumors I cannot have X-rays absent medical necessity. This has never been an issue with any dentist before, as preventative x-rays are not a requirement for dentists or patients. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional and am not one to hastily post a bad review. I introduced myself to this dentist with a handshake and he jumped right into berating me about X-rays without even asking or letting me explain why they are not right for our family.

Both my mom and I go to Dr. Schupack. We think the world of him and thankfully he is an experienced professional with a helping and attentive demanor. His staff is also exceptional in every area of expertise.

I was told my insurance was in network, then found out I was not when I received a large bill. When I approached them about this, they then told me that they are not in network and it was not their responsibility to know if they are in network. On the contrary, it is their responsibility to properly inform their patients.
