Would highly recommend this dental practice. Excellent experience. Dentists are top notch

I was scheduled for a 3rd calendar year periodontal maintenance without being told that my insurance would not cover it. I do not plan to return as this 3rd was in December and could have waited until January when the plan started again. I think this is a Dental scam so that they can get full payment from the patient instead of settling for what the Dental plan will pay. I plan to go to another dentist and will make it clear that I won't go beyond what the dental plan provides.

I waited in the chair for one whole hour for a 30 second exam. Dr. Solomon came in the room, and left the room to start a crown prep. He understood that I only needed a LHI exam, so he should have did my exam that only took him 30 seconds to do first. He also knew that I was 24 weeks pregnant and under the weather. So I had to sit there for a extra hour to smell all those burning dental fumes. Which made me feel nauseous. I will not be returning back there for anything.

I have been a loyal patient for over 30 years . The staff is always helpful and friendly . Dr. Solomon is a caring dentist who provides excellent dental care . Highly recommended!

I have visited this office for the past two years. Each time Dr Solomon has been very friendly with me and I appreciate the funny jokes as that makes me feel better about being at the dentist.

I would highly suggest to avoid this place! It is the worst dental practice I have ever been to for several reason. Dr was discussing very inappropriate topics with help while preforming root canals/extractions, it has happened several times as I was a frequent patient. I have a legit dentist phobia and was told to just deal. I had a faulty root canal done by them and insurance covered the amount allowed then I paid on balance then they sued for remaining $400 yet the tooth had to be pulled...

The staff is not helpful and the office is not very clean. They do stuff that is not covered by insurance. Billing and front office are very rude.

I highly recommend Dr.Solomon!!! He is entertaining which is something you don't expect when going to a dental apointment . I felt like he really cared about what was going with me and he has done such an amazing job! He extracted two teeth from my mouth did an amazing job on a cavity that I had in one of my front teeth I feel like a completely different and confident person leaving out of those doors today. The staff is also amazing! I'm excited for my next visit...

Very unprofessional office staff. Had to wait for the receptionist to finish her personal call that lasted 4 minutes after I arrived at the front window before signing in. I went on a Friday and had 2 extractions the dr wrote a prescription for 10 pills to last till the following Tuesday. The pills were gone Sunday night and I called and got a very rude woman on the phone said everyone's busy you can't speak to manager or dr. Then dr. Didn't even remember the writing a script.
