I Went to Dr. Morel and was advised to remove my tooth and get an implant. I paid for e-rays and surgery and Dr. removed my tooth and broke one next to it. I told Dr. Morel and office staff refused to apologize or fix the problem. I end up in pain and broken tooth and then they yelled at me saying that I sign a confidentiality agreement and hang up the phone. No refund or replacement has been offered.

They always charge more, I have done deep cleaning 2 times and paid the charges, it’s been 5 months since I have paid but still I am getting bills from them, when I call them for explanation they went cold and never call me back. I never recommend to anyone, it’s a commercial place not service oriented. Really disappointed.

She is a crown lover. It does not matter if the patient needs it or not she will install a self made crown
