Dr. Alex Blazzard, DDS

I received terrible service from the Dr himself. I cracked/chipped a tooth in December and visited Blazzard's office as a cash pay and insurance reimbursement patient. He wrote me up a quote for over $1800 for a crown and root canal. He did not offer, nor did I ask at the time, if that was the best plan of action based on the condition of the rest of my teeth or even the surrounding teeth. After considering this, the upfront cost and the fact that I had ZERO other information from this guy, I called the office and asked if the receptionist could get the clarification that I needed to maked such a decision. She returned my call later stating that I had only paid for a "one tooth" exam and not a full mouth exam. But DuH, wouldn't it make sense to check the condition of my other teeth before charging me $1800-plus, in order to ensure that my new crown isn't the only tooth left in my head in several years? Nicole, Mandy, and Dr. Blazzard gave me incredible care. Everyone in the office is very professional. In this time of Covid19, I was really impressed with the cautious excellent way they handle their office and patient care. Having been a patient for twelve years, I will continue to seek their care. I would recommend them without reservation.
