He was very caring and professional and good with his job.

Tried to charge me for XRays which were insurance covered. Neglected to remind me of Amoxycillan. Delayed requesting unnecessary pre-approval for extraction, which delayed extraction for a week. Charged me $10 above insurance coverage for 'irrigation'! Had to remind Dr several times of 3 procedures needed. Provided $3,645.50 estimate for unneeded procedures. When I changed to diff Dentist, took 2 Mo, multiple emails, to get dental records. Finally had to physically go to the office to retrieve my records.

I’m really thankful with Dr. Duque, because he’s an excelent dentist and made my experience going to the dentist very pleasant. From the beginning he explained to me how my treatment was going to be and how much time it was going to take. He’s very kind and very professional. I was scared at the beggining because I thought it was going to be very painful, but Dr Duque explained it to me so good that I didn’t feel scared anymore because he made me feel confident and the attention was great!!

I highly recommend Dr. Duque for his profesionalism and work ethics! I had a tooth extraction and he was so gentle that no pain meds were neeeded after the procedure! He takes the time to explain what’s been dine during your visit. I do have to say I travel just to be seen by him!!

Dr. Duque is so great and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me especially dealing with a stubborn cavity that I needed filled.

This is the worst place to take your child too. My daughter had surgery to remove her wisdom teeth and told them she still felt it and they continued to work on her while she was crying. She told them she was in pain and to get her guardian who was sitting in the waiting area multiple times and they totally ignored her. Than I call to talk to the doctor who didn't even apologize and wouldn't tell me who was in charge.

Extremely professional, straight to the point, he dedicates with no hurries and the most important is that he cares about patients satisfaction.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duque's and experienced first hand his high level of professionalism. He explains the procedures every step of the way, in detail, providing confort and the confidence that you are in good hands. This is very important to me because I am usually nervous when confronted with dental emergencies.

Let me start off by saying I have always been nervous going to the dentist (like I'm sure tons of people are too) but after my 3rd visit here all my jitters were gone. Dr. Duque takes you through every step of the way and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I don't know how I got so lucky finding him but I know I'll be making appointments with him for the rest of my days. His staff goes out of there way to make you feel like family.
