Dr. Alexandra Salen, DMD

I don't know what they're talking about when they're getting technical, but theres no way she isnt great at her job considering she stayed late to finish my mom's appointment because she got unexpectedly emotional after my dad's passing. No one does that and then just like...sucks at fillings or whatever right? Mom said she's a wizard with a needle so I guess she gives shots well lol. Super sweet and genuine - offered to reschedule the fillings entirely (no need) and showed genuine appreciation for her recollections about my dad. When my mom came home and told me about her appointment, she seemed lighter? Idk I didn't expect this from a dental appointment but it's super appreciated thank you

I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes to be taken back, she always takes the time to make sure we're on the same page before starting a procedure, things are done efficiently and her work lasts (I've had to have fillings re-done multiple times within 1-3 years but it's been 4 with her any everything is still totally fine), and my bill is usually lower than quoted WHICH IS INSANE FOR A DENTAL OFFICE. Everyone is friendly, competent, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I trust them completely. Dr. Salen is clearly knowledgeable but her down to earth and compassionate attitude is what really won me over.
