Dr. Alexis Klassen, DDS

I had a great experience with Dr. Klassen during my appointment, however how things ended after we were billed, really makes me wonder about the competency of their office and if they are really patient centered. One of the reasons we choose Dr. Klassen's office (aside from others recommendations), was her work with veterans. My husband was newly retired from the military and we both, along with my son needed a new dentist. I called and spoke with Terri at Dr. Klassen,s office before I choose what insurance to take upon my husbands retirement. She explained that they were in network with all Delta Dental Plans. I then researched the coverage of Delta Dental Federal Employee plan (one of the options for us) and choose it. Several weeks prior to our appts, I reached back out to Terri, to be sure that we showed up as having coverage. She informed me that we did. It’s a caring environment. I always feel at home. Everyone knows me by name. I am treated as if I’m their only patient for the day. Dr. Klassen is kind, caring and answered all of my questions. She has a calming personality. Thank you Dr. Klassen for joining this practice.
