It was a good decision to have done an excellent job

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was turned away from an EMERGENCY appointment because they are are too lazy or incompetent to verify insurance coverage themselves, instead expecting me to jump through hopes above and beyond showing my proof of insurance! I am sorry but that is purely unprofessional behavior in a service industry!

I left my previous dentist and found Dr. Sedighian several years ago. He is pleasant and professional and explains everything well.

The one star is for the friendly and helpful women at the front desk and the X-ray area. The dentist himself and his assistant treated me and my child to THE WORST customer service I have ever had, which is why I'm writing this review. We were both new patients, and a bit anxious, and when Dr Sedighian and his assistant entered the room I was hoping for the best. What I got instead was no greeting or introduction from them when I said hello, just silent glaring from the assistant and a curt demand from the dentist for me to go wait in the hallway while my 12 year old had their appointment. I declined, and was informed curtly that I could stay this one time and after that if I wanted to stay I would need to find a new dentist. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this behavior for many reasons, and after a 7 minute inspection and cleaning for my child, we were dismissed, and I immediately canceled my appointment on our way out. I was unable to write a review without assigning a star. They do not deserve a 1 star. Yesterday, a staff member contacted me to tell me they are cancelling appointments I have that are a week away because I did not designate them as a primary dentist. I asked her to wait because I had trouble contacting my insurance company. She was rude. She refused to give me her name saying “why do I need her name”. She cut me off and refused to let me leave a voicemail for the dentist. When I told I was talking and asked her to let me finish, she abruptly transferred me to another staff person who was equally rude. She too refused to give me the former persons’ name saying she didn’t know who transferred me. I asked for the office manager she said “they don’t really have one”. Both statements I find hard to believe. I asked again for the doctors voicemail, she said she would deliver the message herself. So I asked for his email address and they gave me the generic yahoo account for the practice.

My visit with Dr. Sedighian went very well. Just a great experience all the way around, including fitting me in with a chipped molar. Much appreciated.

Going to him for over 15 years. Now as senior citizen having different dental issues. He was able to “rebuild” a tooth. He saved the tooth and saved me money! Brenda

I made an appointment for a cleaning for my son who is in college out of state. He was kept waiting for over an hour and was not given a cleaning. When he asked for one, he was told he would need to make another appointment. I called the office that same day and was told the first appointment is always a consultation. I was not given this information initially. I made an appointment for a cleaning and was never told that would not happen. This office is poorly run. I will not return or recommend

He and his staff are wonderful I've been seeing him for at least a decade and have very healthy teeth.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sedighian. He takes the time to ask and answer questions and is very thorough. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Substandard office staff and extremely rude.
