Very conscientious and understands my concerns.
I'm a new patient. Just had my teeth cleaned prior to a scheduled crown proceedure.

Archer of Decay
On my first visit to Dr. Szeto's office, in retrospect, my pain level in the upper left was a consistent 7, jumping up to 9 and the occasional 10 (especially after eating), and no where in my mouth was not at least a consistent three. I write this review contemplating the absence of pain, realizing on the pain register there is an overall feeling of zero, and nowhere is above two. Dr. Szeto is not so much a dentist as an archer of decay. He honed in with his skillfully wielded drill on every last bit of it like a lazer and did it with such skillful care that he saved two of my teeth that I thought were goners and his well-chosen staff both cleaned beneath my gumline prompting improvement in my now unreceiding gumline (my mouth feels so clean!) and dealt with my unusual insurance and payment system (special thanks to Abby for guarding my gold tooth). If I ever have to have a tooth removed, I'd trust Dr. Szeto to take it out with a specially designed arrow from 50 yards away in wind

I have seen Dr. Szeto for 2 years & think he is a good dentist. However, I want to give potential patients a heads up regarding two things: 1) Billing practices & 2) patient privacy. Dr. Szeto recently recommended that I have a tooth extraction. I asked for pricing up front in order to make an informed decision & they made a huge error in their favor. I was shocked. Turns out they didn't check with my insurance. Also, the space is very open & one can hear private conversations.

Dr. Szeto is a fantastic dentist. He not only does great work, but he has excellent patient care and great prices. He has morals and values that are not found very often anymore. Dr. Szeto takes his time and stands by his work. In fact, he will redo things multiple times (at no extra charge) until he is satisfied with the outcome. He is a phenomenal dentist and I would recommend him to anyone looking for excellent oral care with a wonderful dentist.
