Not Recommended
Had a very unfortunate and uncomfortable experience for what should have been a mostly comfortable, routine procedure at the Albany practice yesterday. Dr. Banchs was very dismissive when I tried to report pain/sensation during the procedure, which was disappointing because he knew in advance that I typically require more anesthetic from my both primary dentist’s referral and my initial consult/intake information. He was quick to dismiss my discomfort as anxiety rather than pain (maybe because I’m a woman), and was frustrated by physical cues that indicated discomfort, which I resorted to because I was unable to communicate verbally during the procedure. I would not recommend Root Canal Experts or Francisco Banchs.
