Dr. Ammar Mousa, DDS

This experience was WOW. Got me right in on an emergency call, i got there in 15 minutes. Extremely pleasant, very thorough and made me a temporary crown on the spot. My appointment for the new crown is in a week. The temp feels great and i'm looking forward to getting this replacement in. EVERYBODY was super friendly and quick.

I have been going for my 2nd year and never met the dentist Mousa. Had crown procedure done in December 2023 and claims were denied. Have been trying to work with their office to get squared away but no luck,. Not a happy client

He is not knowledgeable about dentures and partials as to fit and aesthetics. His work was sub par and I have been stuck with finding a dentist to make new ones at my own expense. Have been told by 2 dentists that my crowns are too big.He never listened to what I was saying, just wanted to be done with it. Teeth are ruined and would not recommend to anyone

I have found Dr. Moussa to be very gentle and thorough. I trust his recommendations. He tells you everything you need done, but does not push at all. If you really need something done, he will tell you. Have recommended him to several friends and they have been very happy with him.

I have always wanted to crown all of my teeth and as soon as I met Dr. Mousa, I knew he was the one to do it. I was not wrong. He is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. My new smile is beautiful. And, his office manager, Natalie, was very supportive. She spent alot of time with me helping me decide on color and shape of my new teeth. I recommend him without hesitation!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY ................. They refuse to give you any costs . until you come in and pay $350+ deposit. They also refuse to verify the costs of services , even though your health plan says they are part of it. If you PUSH them for costs ..... they become RUDE and insulting ... followed by hanging up the phone on you. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Office staff very courteous & helpful & Dr. Mousa very thorough & knowledgeable.

Dr. Mousa did such wonderful job extracting one of my teeth and inserting an implant. I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. When I got home I took 2 Advil's and that was all I needed. I had no pain or swelling after. I was so grateful because I had a great deal of discomfort from implants done by other dentists, but not with Dr. Mousa. His office even called me a few times to make sure I was ok. Great dentist! Great staff!

Dr Mouse is the most individually concerned Dental practitioner I have encountered in or around the villages. He is knowledgeable and concerned for each patient. Every visit is followed up with a call from the office or Dr Mouse personally to determine any issues. Each patient is treated and handled better than any dentist and other health practitioner I have dealt with in the Villages. Won't go anywhere else!!! Would reccomend him to all. Excellent professional dentist with great team.

I found Dr Mousa to be very honest, fair and professional. His explanation of work to be performed is thorough and understandable. Although my insurance does not cover procedures to be performed, the Treatment Case given to me beforehand shows more than 50% discount from regular charges. My bridge broke and I was seen in 2 days due to a cancellation. Thank you ladies! I've been to 3 other offices in and around The Villages and this is the most trustworthy.

Dr Mousa is very professional, patient and understanding. His office staff is so nice and professional also. I would definitely recommend this office to those looking for a dentist.

What a rip off, tried to charge me over $10,500 for removal of 3 teeth and a new partial denture, I will never use this practice again. I asked for a detailed quote to be emailed to me - I am still waiting!

Made an appointment and had to wait 4 weeks, understandable. Got a call from the office on Friday before to confirm Monday's 8AM appointment. Then got another call telling me that they where not a provider for my dental insurance. Asked why this wasn't check 4 weeks ago? The women that I was speaking with (Natalie) got very nasty and would not let me speak until she was completely done talking. Then told me that I had to have a complete exam and it would cost $148.00 if I was to keep my appoint

Dr. Mousa made me feel at ease. And i will definitely recommend him to my friends. He wiped away my fears of going to the dentist. His staff is also great.

Dr. Mousa spent the entire time talking about another patient while working in my mouth. The filled cavity is still tender but I will not return.
