No personality at all, will walk into the room and not aknowledge your presence. As a parent I think she is extremely disrespectful, and when I addressed her she was cold and lacked accountablility. Her answer to not speaking was "I didn't know you expected me to speak to you!" This woman needs to humble herself and keep in mind, doctor or not, she is supplying a service, in which is quite costly, the least she can do is be personable.
