If you make an appointment to see Dr. Ferrer for a six month checkup, you need to ask “will Dr. Ferrer be in that day?” Yes, you heard me right - she is often not there and they want you to come back to see her another day. This has happened to both me and my husband. Also, I had a crown put on that wasn’t tall enough, didn’t reach my gum, so that three years later, it broke, fell out and I had a cavity underneath. Insurance won’t pay for the second crown. Dr. Ferrer won’t pay - says I should have come back. I DID complain and they said it was fine. $634 out of pocket. I don’t recommend her, although my husband has had no problem with her dental work. Also, they seem much more concerned with money than dental work.
