Dr. Andrea Cunningham, DMD

Cunningham and her husband run this office. So many things are wrong with this dentist. While getting my teeth cleaned she stated that she could fix a small gap between my front teeth. It's always bothered me so I decided to trust her and get six veneers. The same veneer fell out seven times. The last time after charging me $3,000 for the veneers she had the audacity to charge me another $1,000 to have the tooth that repeatedly fell out completely replaced because it finally broke. I don't have $1,000 laying around and I asked if I could pay $200 and make payments and was told by her stuff that she didn't feel comfortable with that. She wanted all of the money up front. I had no choice, not only was the veneer missing but she shaved my teeth down to apply the veneers. She said don't bite into an apple. I can't eat something as simple as a sandwich without panic that another veneer will fall out. She is extremely arrogant, unprofessional and GREEDY! Find another dentist!!!

I can't judge the Dr because I didn't get past the front office. Had a scheduled appointment for a broken hurting tooth that took 1 1/2 weeks to get. Showed up 20 min prior to scheduled time only to be told I had been removed from their schedule because I did not confirm my appointment. She said they left a message (which they did not). I tried to explain I did not get a confirmation message ,I never miss appointments and I'm here. Rude receptionist said they had already given my spot to someone else so I couldn't be seen and offered me an appointment 3 weeks away. Mind you I had a broken hurting tooth and a scheduled appointment that I showed up for. There was no offer to accommodate at all. I'm looking for a dentist with compassion not all about the $$.

Two of my friends went to this dental clinic and were treated abominably. The office manager, called my friend at 8p.m. one evening and told him they would not continue his care because he didn't like the way the patient talked to him. They had done his dentures but refused to finish the job by adjusting the lower denture. He's now in limbo and doesn't know what to do. United Health Care is filing a complaint. Sounds like breach of contract to me. Word to the wise, don't go to Bold Image Dentistry if you expected to be treated well.

There are always new faces. Especially for someone like me with Dental Anxiety , it's uncomfortable always having to get to know someone new. Plus if you don't mind waiting hours for your appointment or having to reschedule this is the place for you. Not to mention the front desk is so rude, they ignore you even if you are 2 hours late to get into your original appointment time. Not to mention the cleanliness of the office is a bit questionable .I'm sure it's because they are always running late

I have always had SEVERE dental anxiety. After an extremely LONG time, over 20 years, I decided it’s finally time. Choosing Bold Image Dentistry, was the best decision I have EVER made! In the past three months, I have been to see them more than I’ve gone to the grocery store! ?? I’ve had a debridement, 4 fillings, deep cleaning, and today extractions, and never one single issue! Dr. Cunningham and her staff are top notch! Hands down, the best of the best!

Make sure you double check all treatments detail. They do charge you for things that you didn't get done. They do get angry when you asked them about charge that you didn't receive the treatment for

She destroyed my grandmother's teeth. Took over $100 out of pocket and over $1700 from insurace for a simple set of dentures, and they don't even fit! My grandma keeps going back to this woman and every time she claims she'll fix it, she takes more money and it gets even worse. My grandma has been almost a year without teeth because this woman is playing games. Last time she went, she had my grandma waiting for an hour because she was too busy chatting with some coworkers, giggling instead.
