Dr. Andrea Schmidt, DDS

I've had 4 appointments in 2020, starting in February. Dr. Schmidt and the staff follow all the Covid-19 protocols. I feel very safe there. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable, caring and professional. The equipment is the most up to date than any other dental office I have visited. If you're nervous or not looking forward to your next dental appointment, you should try Dr. Schmidt's office. It's that comfortable walking in...these folks will take good care of you!

Dr. Schmidt recently bought this dental practice from Dr. Christopher Chamberlin, who was my *Amazing*dentist for many years. My experience with this new practice was terrible. I broke a crown and was able to get an appointment a couple days later. Later, I was emailed a feedback form from her office and I voiced concern about poor safety practices (not wearing masks properly, no face shield during a pandemic!) and unclear communication issues. No one responded to my feedback. Instead, they canceled my next appointment without telling me! So I showed up today to get my crown fixed and was told that because of my bad feedback, they assumed I wouldn’t come back. The office manager treated me with such disrespect that I am APPALLED. She said terrible things to me and then “We think you would be happier at another practice”. My crown is under warranty and they won’t treat me, so I have to pay to have it fixed elsewhere. At least I will give $ to a practice that is respectful.
