crowns and extraction problems
Can not recommend for crowns or extractions. Two crowns done. Poor outcome. An extraction was done, also, poor outcome. When I reported a problem, I was assured everything was fine. Second opinion showed otherwise. Company refused to make things right which cost me over $3,000 pd to another vendor. Cannot tell you more facts about the procedures because this system will not allow details. Keeps telling me there are characters that do not meet the 'review' criteria. I guess we must say only nice things, not facts. I feel there was an attempt to mislead me and I do not like that. The office people are very nice and professional. Costs are within industry standards, but no responsibility taken for errors. The hygienist did nice job on cleanings. These problems are a couple of years back. I only came across this rating site today so thought I would share my painful experience.
