Dr. Andrew Appel, DMD

Absolute nightmare! Having paid for my invisalign treatment in full and in advance, “Dr” Andrew Appel consistently failed to deliver my treatment. Waiting three, four, five months for new sets of aligners became the standard. When I thought things couldn't get any worse, he ghosted me and stopped replying to my calls and emails. I had to play detective to hear back from him 5 months later! What kind of “doctor” takes your money, does not deliver on the treatment, and does not reply for months!

What impressed me the most was Dr. Andrew Appel's honesty and ethics. During the complimentary consultation I asked him if any treatment would be medically necessary, since I went because of an injury and not for aestetics. He said that medically there was no need for it. This was after they just gave me a very thorough complimentary consultation. A less scrupulous provider could have told me it'd be necessary and I may have went along with it since my regular dentist thought an orthodontist may recommend treatment. A lot of invaluable trust was built when they told me the truth even if it meant me never paying them a dime. Dr. Andrew Appel and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Their facility was amazingly customer focused too. They even had massage chairs which I thoroughly enjoyed!
