I would give a NO star if it would let me.I recently was treated by this doctor at Aspen Dental on Hwy 200 in Ocala, FL. He has no bedside manner, compassion and just doesn't listen. This appointment was to remove 2 molars. He gave me two novicane shots and waited to start. Well when he was attempting to remove the broken tooth, I yelped in pain, and told him I could feel everything. He said I needed to let them finish. I was crying and screaming out. At one point his assistant held my mouth open. He finally gave me more novicane but didn't wait for it to start working. So I still felt everything. When the procedure was done, I was trying to compose myself, and he said in a sarcastic tone, do you need a minute. I got up and walked out. I have NEVER been treated so badly by a medical professional. I do NOT recommend that location and the dentist himself. He needs to be trained in communication and compassion. And most importantly, to LISTEN to the patient.
