Dr. Andrew Cox, DDS

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Cox and his staff for over twenty years. The appointment times have always been on point and I've never spent more time in an appointment than was anticipated. I've had over 40 cleanings, annual x- rays, root canal prep and various other procedures and they've all worked out well. Dr. Cox has a pleasant personality and he has a good sense of humor. He relates well to his patients and his staff have always been great to work with. I recommend him highly.One thing that you see a lot of in Dentists now is the desire for upsells. From fake eyelashes to veneers to tooth whitening, they're always trying to sell something not needed. Dr. Cox has never done that with us.

Dr. Cox did not listen to me regarding the source of my pain. He failed to offer or ask if I needed anything for pain. I still trusted him that the issue was a tooth that needed a filling due to recommendations i received prior. 3 days later I am still in pain. His office's only concern was to schedule a cleaning 2 days after filling before I've even healed up or had my main issue taken care of. No follow up was scheduled or offered either, just the cleaning in a real sales pitchy approach. I felt like I was rushed through and no time was taken to figure the cause of my pain. I would not recommend this location for any serious issue. You will be utterly disappointed.

He is very good,on time and flexible to work around our achedual. Very friendly staff would highly recommend.

His office is very welcoming. He and his staff are great! If I have dental emergencies they are always very accommodating.

I have had an issue with billing and have attempted to resolve, but was left with no options. Was told the estimate you are given does not really mean anything and they do not know what the insurance will pay for. When I left their office three months ago I paid what they said I owed, but now because the insurance paid less I get the bill. Most of us must watch how much we spend on dental per year because of the Cap. Do not trust what they tell you. This not the only time they have done this
