Questionable
Questionable Billing Practices. Very Dirty and un sanitary office. Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. You have to go through a armed security guard before entering the office if that says anything. I would leave 0 stars if possible wouldn't even bring my worse enemy to that practice

Honestly, a bit confused. I paid for a finished crown that was placed over a suspected cracked tooth. I developed a massive infection, and had to have that entire tooth, and a pretty intense and painful oral surgery at another dentist. I am just confused. Is that a normal practice to put a finished crown over a suspected crack? Doc was aware and told me to have a root canal. The infection started before I could get to one, and I ended up getting the tooth removed, on antibiotics for a solid month. Also, I found his terse administration of novacaine like a punch in the head. Very uncomfortable and a bit brutal. They upsold me on cosmetic stuff, too, and ignored that I had the potential for a horrible infection. And, I got to pay for it, too. I would not recommend this office. Would love to know if other dentists would have put the finished crown in place, or, would they have put a temporary and been concerned about the crack in the tooth, first?

I would not recommend Dr. Dietz to anyone. This is a highly competitive geographic area and there are many other qualified dentists. Although Dr. Dietz is highly skilled, he has repeatedly shown, in my experience, poor communication skills that extend to his clinical responsibilities , insensitive behavior in answering questions, and has adopted untrustworthy business practices under his current office manager. Pushing costly options, he shows a preference for insured patients.
