Dr. Yap and Tessa were very rude, awful. Bad experience. Tessa had very bad manners to me for years, Tessa is really terrible. Dr. Yap doesn't care about problem at all. Dr. Yap is very bad. Dr. Yap not helpful at all about problem. Dr. Yap and Tessa were really bad, rude. Dr. Yap and Tessa zero stars rating, do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yap since he purchased the practice many years ago. He has always been very trustworthy and gentle when doing work. I continue to use him as he listens to my issues about my sensitive teeth and advises. When he took over for Dr. Vanderheide, I was concerned but after a few visits, I was hooked!

Came on for my first scheduled checkup and cleaning this year, and was welcomed immediately (as always), and instantly felt comfortable in their care. First, I was greeted by 3 of their staff who somehow remember all of my 5 family members (now) that also trust this practice with the teeth & smiles. I swear it is a great mystery how they are always able to remember my kids and their recent excursions/adventures. Jen did an terrific job of cleaning my teeth & taking X-rays, and Dr. Yap checked everything regarding my dental health too. As always, their service was thorough, painless, and pleasant. You can trust Dr. Yap & his staff with your teeth & mouth too. You will not regret giving them the chance.

Dr. Yap and his staff are like no other dental provider I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you feel as if you're visiting family. Everyone is so kind and happy every time I visit. My grandmother, mother, and now I, have all been patients under Dr. Yap's care. He is wonderful and gentle and explains every detail to the patient before doing anything - something I appreciate greatly, since I'm a generally nervous patient. I cannot recommend his services highly enough!
