I was a very big fan of the Dr before he retired, so new staff always take a getting used to. This staff by far has no clue, time, or patience. I called in to schedule appointment for abscess and the young lady asked me 3x for my member ID and once in route to Drs. office the next day, the same young lady calls me and ask for my member number again (now 4x). young lady call again stating my insurance was inactive and to give her the number again(5x). My ins provider even called to confirm and verify ID#. which of course, the young lady did not even have the ins# written down correctly. Noone checks messages there nor do they return your call. Unless there are certain persons, they are willing to do their job for. I'm very disappointed. Ms. Peggy is wonderful and pleasant and actually tried helping even though she was out that week I called. If you lose Peggy, you're in big trouble. I went elsewhere with my business, time, energy, and money! DO THE SAME IF YOURE SMART!
