I have never felt more at home and left with a better understanding about mouth health than I did today after visiting Dr Bateson as a new patient. Her hygienist, Nicole, was so friendly and so patient. Kiera the receptionist was able to help me get set up with CareSource on my phone so I could get approved for extra payment help. What a great group! If you need a dentist and don't want to feel like a number, call Dr Bateson's office!

Office staff extremely unhelpful about submitting dental claims for reimbursement for a bill I had already paid in full. Three months after my dental appt. my insurance company hadn't received the claim, I called the office 4 times over 2 months to plead with them to look into it. Each time I was told that yes, the would look into it immediately and call me right back. Finally got a call back after the 4th phone call and letting them know how irritated I was getting. Now 6 months after my last visit the insurance company told me that they finally received the claim, but that the dental office had asked them to send the check to the office instead of me. You've got to be kidding.... They just lost a patient. I would recommend finding another dentist
