Friendly and thorough
Dr. Shah started by welcoming our children to his office and giving them a tour to put them at ease. When working on our children he was able to make them relaxed through letting them watch the show of their choice while he examined and cleaned their teeth. He walked me through, step by step, what he was doing and why. He pointed out potential causes for concern and explained why that may be the case. He asked a lot of questions and spent time with the kids and myself answering any questions we had.

He was great with my children. Took care of their fear the best he could. Even sang songs to help calm their nerves!
