WANTS YOU TO PAY BEFORE SHE SEES YOU. UPCHARGES YOU WHEN YOU ARE THERE FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED 6K OF WORK DONE. VERY UNPROFESSINAL AND RUDE. WHOEVER IS OVER THIS CLINIC NEEDS TO FIND A NEW JOB BECAUSE THIS DENTIST IS OUT OF CONTROL AND THEY ARE LETTING IT HAPPEN

Very good experience. Called and received an appointment the same day. Very professional, focused but patient-centered. Very personable with a great sense of humor. That was important because I have always hated going to visit the dentist. Explained the procedure I had done and offered options for future treatments. Her staff was also outstanding. Very helpful with the insurance paperwork. I would highly recommend her to others. Kudos Dr. Brown and the team of professionals.

Awful, they identified a number of problems, which had never been identified by other providers. Then they continued recommending preventative procedures that were not covered by my insurance. They charged me for adding fluoride to my teeth even thought they didn't mention they would do so. I had already decided I would not go back to this doctor or clinic. But to add a cherry to the top, they have harassed me for payment over the past 6 months. I paid my out-of-pocket amount before leaving the clinic, so I thought that was the end of my interaction with this business. They are now saying that my insurance only paid them $1 and that I need to pay the rest (over $1K). According to my insurance, the claims were processed and approved in December. The staff told me they would send me to debt collection. BE WARNED: Do not go to this doctor and clinic if you do not want to deal with unethical practices.

Worse dentist I’ve ever come across. She cost my husband so much pain and suffering, a lot of extra money to get an oral surgeon to fix her mistakes, and loss wages from work. My husband has not been the same since having screws implanted by this dentist. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist.

Explains things very thorough. Maintains my beautiful healthy smile and made beautiful, comfortable, lasting partial dentures for my mother. My 78 year old mother loves to smile for the cameras now. Thank you Dr. Brown

The staff are abrupt and not at all conversational. I felt like a lot was being recommended that had never been mentioned by my previous dentist (who is no longer in town). I got some work done, as did my wife, and everything was fine until the anesthesia wore off; then we both had more gum pain, for several days, than we had ever experienced from previous dental procedures. Also, she scuffed an adjacent healthy tooth while grinding on the one beside it on both of us. Dr. Brown is a lovely person, inside and out, but I could not recommend her as a dentist.

Took the time to show and explain the treatment process. Her entire staff are wonderful.

Careless recommendation of root canal for my child. Got a second and third opinion - as it turns out the X-ray taken wasn’t obvious and Dr Brown didn’t do any exploratory surgery to determine how far into the tooth the cavity had gone, and blindly recommended a root canal for a minor. (most dentists do not and will not perform root canals on minors!! )

Up front and to the point. She told me exactly what was wrong and the solutions I had. Very professional, caring, and awesome at extracting teeth. I didn’t feel anything but pressure. Highly recommend!!

Dr Brown is the best, most beautiful inside and out, kind, gentle, easy to relate to dentist in the whole world. Please don't hesitate to make an appointment with her. If you were ever hesitant to see a dentist, to choose a new one or to schedule overdue work, all of your apprehension will stop 1 minute into meeting this wonderful doctor. She made everything painless, goes out of her way to keep your expenses in check and she's just a bundle of joy to speak with. Her work is second to none! Forever grateful that I found her.

Great Dr and staff, had full extractions and implants for lowers, and temp dentures ready, great experience, she our go to!

Dr. Brown and her staff are wonderful & caring. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted in a professional, yet friendly manner that puts you right at ease. Dr. Brown takes her time to explain any issues she sees & gets your input on what your dental plan will be going forward. I give them all a 5 start rating only because this survey will not allow for more stars. If you are in need of dental services you need to contact Dr. Brown & her staff. You will definitely be glad you did.

She is a sweet heart best dentist ever I'm glad I got a great dentist that's willing to help take care of my mouth I highly recommend her to anyone she is tha bomb....
