Staff did not let me in the office until 5 minutes before my appt. They saw me standing outside and continued to answer phones and ignore me while I waited outside. No apologies. When I enter the office I have 3 pages of paperwork to fill out that could’ve been sent to me prior. I’m being badgered to fill them out faster when I would’ve loved to fill them out prior or in the 15 minutes I was waiting outside. Then the office manager has no clue what to do with my insurance. After a 1 minute phone call, I have it figured out and they’re still confused. Beyond unprofessional. And the office reeks of sulfur.

Dr. Gumbs and her staff are very personable yet professional. My children and I have been patients of her's for over 8 years now and she has definitely earned my trust. My children are at ease with her at our appointments. She takes her time and explains each procedure and provides practical tips in maintaining a healthy smile, teeth and gums. She has evening & weekend hours available as well, perfect for working parents like me.
I recommend Dr. Gumbs to everyone, you won't be disappointed.
