Dr. Carlsmith is great! She is professional and also down to earth. I always feel comfortable when I have work done (have had some extensive procedures), and she walks you through each step. The assistants are equally professional and down to earth.
She has a genuine sense of humor, and I never have anxiety in the office.
The entire office staff is also welcoming and helpful!
