Dr. Anne Aiello, DMD

Always awesome

We have been to Dr. Aiello twice with my child. I would highly recommend Dr. Aiello, but her staff that calls to confirm appointments is extremely rude. I needed to reschedule an appointment and was told she was booked out for two months, which was fine, but was then asked what days work for us. I started to tell her the days and was rudely interrupted by her saying Dr. Aiello is not available that day and didn’t I remember that she taught at college on those days. No, actually I didn’t remember which days Dr. Aiello was available. I attempted to make the appt for 2 months down the road and I was told I really need to call and confirm this later because Dr. Aiello is such a good doctor and in such high demand she would hate to have us take up another spot. She then told me she would understand if we needed to find a different dentist. Needless to say, we will not go back. Dr. Aiello was great, but not worth the hassle with her secretary/front desk staff that I talked to on the phone.

I trust in Dr. Anne Aiello, My children adult kids as youth went to Dr. Aiello and now my adopted children go to the dental office. I can not say home comfortable I am with our dentist and the work our little ones have needed!

TERRIBLE customer service and communication. Disregards parents' concerns, requests and insurance coverage limitation without explanation. Even printed out and discussed insurance coverage with the office admin and hygienist immediately prior to the appointment, other services than promised were performed that were not covered by insurance. Then when invoiced was told "I'm sorry you have such limited insurance coverage". Dental concerns found at the first visit were not made known until later
