My daughters have been going to this dentistry for years, however, I have decided to move them as of today. The receptionist completely nonchalant in helping a suitable date to schedule their next appointments. She seemed to not care about her job. It's time to move on. Customer service is always key to me. I will rate them poor for scheduling appts. because they are not electronically advanced when trying to schedule appts. I will be fair and rate my experiences in the past as good.

Dr Johnson's office is clean and attractive. However, Dr. Johnson's manner is not so attractive. He works as if he's in a rush. Therefore, not making time to reassure nervous children. He does not take the time to explain what is going to happen. My son needed a cavity filled. He was given the nitrous oxide. Dr. Johnson enters and as he's telling ME hello. He whips out a needle and begins the injection, NEVER telling my son to breathe or that the needle was coming. My son is afraid to see him.
