I had an unsettling feeling about this dental practice from the outset, but I suppose no one truly enjoys visiting the dentist. The front desk staff seemed more engrossed in their own conversations than in welcoming me as a new patient. They took an excessive number of X-rays, using an outdated and painful method. I couldn't help but wonder if they profited handsomely from this. The technicians were pleasant, but that was the only positive aspect of my visit. Never having any other dentist recommended braces or aligners, I received an unexpected recommendation for aligners from the dentist, along with a quote of $3,500, and the dubious offer to save $500 if I signed up promptly. To top it off, I got a phone call at 2:40 today informing me that my 4:30 follow-up appointment for this afternoon was cancelled due to an alleged failure to confirm. Not fully understanding what just happened, I told her I would be there at 4:30 as scheduled. I was then informed that appointment was no longer

Find a reputable dentist! I went to her while she was practicing in Flower Mound (amazing she jumps to different locations). What should have been a simple glue-on of an existing crown led to a new, expensive crown to infection to an abcess to an improperly done root canal to another abcess to a referral to an endodontist. I currently have that expensive crown with a filling in it now (which I'm supposed to replace at my expense) because of her incompetence!

My child’s entire orthodontic experience has been great. The staff is so kind and patient. I would highly recommend this office!

Really great staff that go above and beyond and the dr is great and very knowledgeable

Terrible experience! Had multiple problems after treatments.... A crown was placed incorrectly in implant! Don't go to her! Find someone else!
