I had a wonderful experience at Burlingame Smile Studio! I'm so thankful to Dr. April Lee and her team, for helping me to smile confidently now. They are professional, friendly, and very caring. From Day 1 til the end, they have always made me comfortable every time I visit their clinic. Never made me nervous. Their entire team is amazing, including their cutie dog! I just finished my treatment last week, and I really love the outcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. April Lee!

Dr Lee helped me twice: a few years ago when I was grinding my teeth, she got me set up with mouth guards that really helped my teeth and my jaw. And more recently I went to her for Invisalign, and the process was *seamless*. She and her staff are great, friendly, responsive, and most importantly: fixed my smile! They explained everything that was happening, each step of the way.

After all types of X-rays, Dr. Lee presented me with several options to straighten my teeth. In visiting her office, I was always greeted warmly and treated professionally. Her staff is excellent. I was never rushed and all my questions were answered. I enjoyed Dr. Lee’s lovely personality and her competence. Working with Dr. Lee was a very positive experience and now my teeth look great!.

Dr. Lee is an excellent orthodontist. I was always told I would need regular braces and I could not use invisalign. Because of her expertise I am using Invisalign with great results. She is extremely professional and she has an excellent bedside manner. Her staff is likewise exceptional and very friendly. It is always a pleasure to visit her office. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and her excellent staff.

My teenage daughter just got her braces off, after treatment with Dr. Lee for the past few years, and her teeth looks great! Dr. Lee and her staff were great to work with. Dr. Lee took her time to explain things to both my daughter and me. It felt that she always had my daughter's best interest at heart. My daughter didn't need the entire treatment for Phase I and she gave us credit to apply for Phase II. My daughter's wisdom teeth were blocking growth of her other molars and she recommended oral surgery to extract so that the molars could grow in properly and treatment could end on time/ early. She was absolutely giddy seeing how well my daughter's teeth and bite were turning out. All the necessary equipment are in the office so I never had to go anywhere else. The staff was always friendly and on top of things. Would highly recommend Dr. Lee!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lee’s since November 2019. Dr. Lee and her office staff are the sweetest and the absolute best. Not long after starting my Invisalign treatment COVID happened. To ensure the safety of her patients and staff, she put in place a myriad of safety precautions. After a couple month hiatus, I continued my treatments my treatments in May 2020. The safety precautions she has implemented is far beyond what I would have expected. She thought of EVERYTHING. Below is a quick list of what she has done. - appts are spaced out to decrease the amount of interaction you have with people - informed consent and health questionnaire prior to appt - Hand sanitizer and uv air purifier in waiting room - plexi barrier at front desk - Staff takes your temperature - Treatment rooms have 4 types devices to either clean or move interior air outside (uv air purifier, air vent, negative pressure device, aerosol extractor) - Doctor and staff in PPE - diluted hydrogen peroxide rinse

My two sons have just completed phase 1 orthodontics with Dr. April Lee, and we are so happy we chose to work with her! Not only are the boys’ smiles healthy and beautiful with their bites corrected, but we have had a lovely experience. Dr. Lee is a great communicator, and patiently explained the work needed and why. She mapped out expenses clearly, and they were fair and competitive. The office is a happy, friendly place - we love everyone there and look forward to all our visits. With Covid, the already very hygienic office responded by investing heavily in no less than four new filtration systems for each exam room, PPE, and many safety measures. We felt very safe during our visits. I enthusiastically recommend Burlingame Smile Studio to everyone!

This it the one review, you HAVE to read. I had 4+ years of orthodontic treatments when I was a teen. As an adult, my jaw had grown, so while my teeth were straight, my bite wasn't ideal and susceptible to eventual damage to my teeth. I had done a consult with another orthodontist before and they said my only option was jaw surgery in addition to more years of braces! When I met Dr. Lee, she came up with a 1.5-2 year plan with just braces. And I was immediately sold on her confidence and candor. 1 year and 9 months later, my smile has truly never looked better. I never even imagined my results would look like this and it's honestly still taking some getting used to! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Lee and her fantastic team over the past couple of years. I always especially appreciated that Dr. Lee was always straight-forward and honest about my progress. I really can't recommend Dr. Lee and her team enough! Also, side note. My insurance doesn't cover orthodontic work at all

We’ve been seen in the office for a number of years and I have to say that the experience has been great- the staff is great and Dr Lee is very patient and takes time to explain everything. She has taken a number of precautions to maximize the staff and patient safety including texting from the car so no waiting in the waiting room), plexiglass barriers, spacing out appointments, and PPE for the staff. Would highly recommend her!

I can’t say enough good things about April Lee and her team. Times are different now and as businesses start to reopen it can be scary but they made me feel very safe. When I got there I sent a text letting them know I was there and when they were ready they texted back and let me know I can come in. When I went in everyone had masks and gloves and Dr. Lee was covered fully, they made sure I sanitized and had my mask on too. It was very quick and easy and I missed being around their caring energy. I will always recommend them to anyone I meet and would let people know they can be at ease going there during this time, they will make you feel safe as well.

I can highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team at Burlingame Smile Studio. We have been very pleased with the outcome of our daughter’s dental alignment. From a procedural standpoint, she kept us informed from initial consultation through final visit which was reassuring to us. Dr. Lee’s office has also been a very friendly and stress-free environment which can be important to pre-teen/teen patients who may have anxiety over having dental work performed. Over the course of several months and visits, Dr. Lee worked with my daughter to obtain the sought after results . At the end of the process we were able to compare photos of pre alignment work and post alignment work to see the dramatic difference.
