Dr. April Yanda, DDS

Dr. Yanda is a very attentive and caring dentist. Dr. Yanda and her staff worked with me when I was pregnant and needed a crown, explaining the process and making me feel comfortable. Dr.Yanda constantly went above and beyond throughout my pregnancy.

Had several cavities and was hurting - was seen right away and problems taken care of . Very nice and professional people . I will be switching to their office. Thank you !!

Dr. Yanda has a kind personality. But, don’t be fooled. Upon my 1st appointment they had taken every Xray possible and at the end of the first visit I needed over $8000 of dental work. Multiple crowns and root canals, every filling restored and gum restoration. I allowed the one root canal and crown to be done and to this day I still have very sensitive issues and she tried to place the blame on the root canal procedure. Went back to the Dr who performed the root canal and after exams and X-rays it was done correctly with no issues. So to this day I am dealing with sensitivity probably due to a cracked tooth . Now, the front desk. Extremely professional BUT always expecting full payment no matter how high the costs were. You could be belittled before a crowded waiting room. At this point I knew I needed to find a new Denist and did. They withheld my records due to a very small balance and just for the record this is completely unlawful.

Dr. Yanda has been my dentist for many years. And Patty has been my hygienist. Both very competent, thorough, compassionate; they made a personalized plan for my regular dental care. Once Dr. Yanda arranged for out-of-state treatment for me with a dental emergency, and followed up. On another occasion, she made a recommendation for a procedure that I feared and allowed me to take care of it in my own timing, again following up to make sure (thanks staff member Tracy!) that I maintained my health. And Dr. Yanda saw my mother while she was declining with Dementia, and dealt gently with difficult dental problems that had gone untreated for a few years. Highly recommend Dr. Yanda and staff!

Dr. Yanda has been my dentist for the past eleven years, and I’d never think of going to someone else! She is professional, personable, and dedicated to achieving that perfect smile. I’ll be a patient of hers for many years to come!

The office staff is professional, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Yanda explained everything she was doing and took the time to inform me of procedures. No one looks forward to going to the dentist or to having procedures done, but since you have to go, knowing a practice helps to make you feel comfortable and relaxed is comforting. This is a highly competent practice where team work is noticeable!
