You are crazy and lying. I feel bad for the next dental office that accepts you as a patient bc Dr Nagao is the best dentist.

I took my daughter to dentist Dr. Arielle Nagao and at first she seemed nice, so I trusted her to help my daughter with her dental needs and she cleaned my daughter’s teeth.Then, a few days later when I went to Dr. Nagao for my own teeth cleaning I noticed just as she was getting ready to clean my teeth, that the instruments, the mirror, scaler, etc used in a patient’s teeth cleaning were covered in disgusting food from a previous patient’s cleaning and that they were not clean and about to go into my mouth.I pointed this out to Dr. Nagao, and at first she denied any wrongdoing, then she admitted to me that she had recently hired a new staff person whose responsibility it was to disinfect the instruments properly.I guess this person needs retraining.Now, given what has come to be known, I don’t know what disease was transmitted to my daughter in her cleaning.So, for these reasons, I definitely would NOT recommend this doctor or her office to anyone.

I was able to schedule my appointment within a few days and they worked around my busy schedule. Dr. Nagao fixed a few cavities for me using white composite filling. She did an excellent job! She is very friendly and personable. i highly recommend!

She does a great job and is very efficient. I also find the location convenient.

Dr. Nagao took care of a cavity/amalgam removal and white composite filling. She did a great job, as well as her dental assistant. Dr. Nagao is professional and has a pleasant personality; asks how you are and engages in some friendly chit chat. She likes to hum a song here and there while she works which actually made me feel more comfortable while getting drilled. :) She also did a great job with the suction tube. There was never a time that I had a lot of saliva pooling in my mouth and she kindly wiped my mouth if needed. She also asked how my bite was. Since my mouth was still numb, I couldn’t accurately tell but it felt a little high. She had me bite down, checked then worked on it until she thought it was good. She also said that if I feel it’s too high I can come back if needed. Now that the numbing is gone, I can feel that my bite is perfect. I’m happy to have found a great dentist that also accepts quest Medicaid while I need the help. I’m very appreciative! TY! <3

My tooth was hurting really badly and I was glad I found this office to see me right away. I had to get it taken out, and Dr. Nagao numbed the tooth and I felt no pain! She was really kind and explained the treatment well and the staff there are super friendly.

Dr. Nagao was very patient and did a thorough job with my cleaning. I am appreciative of her giving me my smile back :)
