Dr. Ashley Dubois, DDS

I do not recommend. I had a permanent dental bridge put in, it fell out 1 week later, Dr Dubois fixed it. Fast forward 14 months, my permanent bridge breaks for a second time. I notified the office immediately. We are a military family and since the dental work was done we have been moved to a different base in a different state.. I did offer to travel back to Florida to have Dr Dubois fix the broken permanent bridge, she declined. Unfortunately, insurance only covers this procedure every 5 years on teeth it's been performed on so now I have to pay over $3000 yet again to have it fixed. The bridge should have lasted me decades but I only got 14 months.. I think it's very important to note that during this whole ordeal to try to get a resolution (refund or fix it) I called multiple times and spoke to office staff and exchanged emails - during this whole time I was never once able to talk to Dr Dubois personally. She never called me back, never got on the phone, never replied to an email personally, despite requests every time to speak with her. It's not right to treat somebody this way. I spent a lot of money at her office and I feel like this should have been made right. The end result is no refund of any kind and no fixing. I'm stuck with a broken permanent dental bridge, I have to chew on one side of my mouth, now I've got to find out a way I can get it fixed elsewhere for over $3000 and hope my exposed teeth don't get damaged in the mean time.

I was scheduled for a two-hour appointment that turned into almost three. Monique, dental assistant, introduced herself, saw in my face I was apprehnsive. Dr. Dubois said Good morning and that was it. The nitrous helped a great deal with the aid of an appliance keeping my tongue in check, aspirating saliva, and mercifully, a rubber clamp to keep my very small mouth open. Neither Monique nor Dr. DuBois spoke to me to ease my anxiety nor a kind or comforting word during the lengthy procedure.
