Great visit every time!

Saw Dr. Ashley Elizondo at Pearland Modern Dentistry (after years of seeing Dr. Krystal Roberts at Pearland Modern Dentistry, who provided excellent dental care, but who went on maternity leave & was to return after a brief time). Dr. Elizondo spent only minutes interacting with me after the dental technician had done bitewing x-rays, & cleaning, by making an inappropriate statement regarding the fact that I had Torus Mandibularis & did no patient education regarding the condition, & stated “Oh, you have those ugly Torus Mandibularis!” by looking at my x-rays, as she didn’t even bother examining inside my mouth. Then she walked away! I was shocked at how unprofessional & rude she was & that the standard of care provided was below anything I had seen before. I went home & wrote a very negative review regarding this dental visit & submitted it directly to Pearland Modern Dentistry & never heard back from anyone! Dr. Roberts never returned back either! I do NOT recommend Dr. Elizondo!!

Dr. Elizondo and her staff are exceptional. I walked in with fear knowing I had lots of dental work to be done. She and her staff immediately made me feel at ease, and not to mention the EXCELLANT Service and work done on my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley R., Elizondo.

I switched to Dr. Elizondo after going to another dentist in Pearland. She, along with her staff, takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Everyone is friendly, professional and not condescending. The office is clean and up to date and I love that my entire family can go to one location, for all of our dental needs.

Driven by money and will over bill your insurance. She is more intersted in what your insurance cover rather then the needs of the patient.

I had an appointment with Dr. A Elizondo, she passed me on to Dr. Williams with the promise of teamwork. A remark that I took to mean that she would be physically supervising the work of Dr. Williams. I did not see Dr. Elizondo again till after one of the most horrific dental experiences of my 60+ life. Dr. Wms was brutally painful, condescending,and did not allow the full affect of the novocain to take before she proceeded. I have hurt for 2+weeks. Though I have called there has been no f/u.
