Went in for basic cleaning. After full x-rays got the gum disease deep cleaning sales pitch and no cleaning. I guess the $4000 deep cleaning is better for her practice than the $150 basic cleaning.

No one at the office told me that she no longer accepted my Delta Dental insurance..they saw me TWICE after the fact (that I know of) and said NOTHING …until I received a bill from her online payment crap.. i called the office SEVERAL times and NO ONE bothered to call me back. I left my email address so they can send me an explanation of when the change occurred and what i owe for and got NOTHING!! The online bill crap only says what you owe with no explanation. VERY poor customer service!! DO NOT go here unless you want to pay more than you should!!!!! She is obviously all about the money and not the patient..all they had to do was tell me and let ME decide if i wanted to keep seeing her .. AND respond to my multiple requests for an explanation!! i GOT NOTHING . And i have to pay the damn bill or she will send me to the credit bureau. Wonderful way to run a business.

Miss leading and harassing. Went for a check up that is 100% covered by my insurance. Made my appointment weeks in advance and gave the office my insurance information to ensure i would not have any amount due. Come to find out 5 months later i have a amount due on the account because they did a "Extra X-Ray" I told this office multiple times i could obtained my X-rays from my orthodontist. However now i am left with a So called 200$ Bill out of no where. After calling my insurance they did 2 separate X-Rays. One which was 85$ and one that was $195 or so. Both are covered. But not at one time. They chose to cover the lower amount with out thinking of the financial impact this could have on me. My insurance would have approved the higher amount for the X-Ray. Im reporting this issue to the BBB and the medical boards to see if they can help. This is ridicules. NEVER AGAIN. Do not use this office, they don't look out for the best interests of the patient and over bill and try to collect

Dr. Kerr is very sweet, caring and concerned Dentist. She takes all her time with you and explains your treatment, makes you feel like family. I loved the follow up with a phone call on how are you feeling! Her Staff is Awesome and so helpful. You will Love it there.?? Thank you Dr. Kerr
