Dr. Graves and her staff were very rude and did not clearly communicate to me what they were doing. They also pushed unnecessary procedures on me. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and confused. Dr. Graves never introduced herself to me as the dentist. She and her staff repeatedly implied that previous dental care was substandard. They searched for any imperfections (cavities, loose teeth, misaligned bite), which my previous 4 dentists never mentioned and she finally settled on gum disease.

Do not get a root canal from her. She broke a file off in my tooth and never fixed my tooth properly and is now being extracted due to negligence. Two different endontists said her work was of extremely poor quality and skill. I had asked for a non metal crown and she gave metal crown instead of porcelain/zirconium. She only cares about taking people's money.
