Austin is an outstanding dentist, cutting-edge, technically first-rate and highly professional, and has an ultra-clean and well-run office with excellent hygienists and office staff. I'm an academic physician with high expectations for my family's healthcare, and I find it hard to believe that there is a better young dentist in Madison than Dr Austin Wessell.

Dr.Wessell is very warm and friendly, yet totally professional. Hygienist is, and always has been very thorough and gentle. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Top of the line equipment, exceptionally clean and comfortable procedure spaces.

Dr. Wessell and Melissa (hygenist) do professional work in very comfortable surroundings, but most importantly, they are both very friendly! I always feel very much at ease with them at my dental appointments.

Always very impressed with my care at Madison Dentistry! All of the staff is friendly and helpful and Dr. Austin is probably the most thorough Dentist that I have ever seen! I would definitely recommend this office to anybody that is looking for a new Dentist!

Excellent. Highly recommend. Professional, thorough, personable, highly skilled and very smart. I enjoy seeing him every six months for an exam. It's wonderful having a very competent, trustworthy dentist. Staff at this clinic are also terrific.

Somehow, I broke the crown on my front tooth. Dr. Wessel and his team were able to get me an urgent appointment on the same day, and he was great at getting me set up with a temporary fix until we could schedule the permanent replacements. Always an incredible professional, courteous and patient. He's great with my kids, too! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Wessel, his staff and his entire team. Highly recommend!

I was so afraid of the dentist, who isn’t?! But Dr. Austin made it so easy for me to get comfortable with coming back. I was dedicated to going to my life long dentist and found that the work was shotty and Dr. Austin was able to put me through a treatment plan to get my mistakes corrected properly and on my budget. I highly recommend him!
